Description

Walker & Hall, Sheffield silver-mounted ram’s horn snuff mull, the naturally curved horn fitted with engraved silver mounts. The circular hinged lid and body decorated with Scottish thistle motifs, above a gadrooned collar. The support formed as a cast stag head terminating in a hoof foot. Maker’s mark for Walker & Hall, Sheffield, numbered 11163. Scotland, circa 1890.
